Do SymTech products offer a warranty?
Most SymTech products are warrantied against manufacturer's defects for a one year period following purchase. Please see our warranty information page for more information.

Will my car become illegal for street use after installing my SymTech product?
Possibly. It is your responsibility to determine whether any of SymTech's products violate any local, state or federal laws in your area. In areas where the addition of a SymTech product compromises the street legality of an automobile, the product in question is to be used for OFF-ROAD use only.

Will my car's check engine light (CEL) appear after installing my SymTech product?
The occurrence of a CEL depends on the product and specific car. SymTech cannot guarantee that a CEL will not appear, but we can say that our products will not negatively impact your vehicle. In most cases CEL's are non-critical warning devices against possibly malfunctioning systems.

Yes, SymTech Labs accepts both business checks and credit cards. Both payment options are subject to approval before orders are shipped.

What couriers does SymTech Labs use for shipments?
SymTech Labs uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most order. We can ship orders via FedEx, DHL, or UPS at the customer's request.

Will SymTech Labs ship internationally or to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses?
Yes, SymTech Labs will ship both internationally or to APO/FPO boxes at the customer's expense. SymTech Labs can also ship to PO boxes at no additional cost.
