SHIPPING INFORMATION & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail International, or USPS Express Mail International. Various domestic and international shipping methods from FedEx and UPS may be made available on a case-by-case basis. SymTech Laboratories, LLC does not offer will call/local pickup services.

Tracking/confirmation information is automatically provided and sent to each customer through email. International customers are responsible for paying duties, tariffs, and other applicable taxes and fees. International customers are also responsible for ensuring purchased SymTech Laboratories, LLC products do not violate any local or federal laws before purchase.

Insurance is available at an additional cost. SymTech Laboratories, LLC assumes no liability for lost packages. SymTech Laboratories, LLC can provide lost tracking/confirmation numbers, but please contact the courier directly for all other concerns regarding a delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

Customer must notify SymTech Laboratories, LLC within thirty (30) days from date of shipment of any received product with which they are unsatisfied. (See LIMITED WARRANTY section in our TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE) Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days of the ship date. If SymTech Laboratories, LLC agrees to accept a return, return shipping charges must be prepaid by Customer. We will not accept COD shipments. Most returns made during this time period are eligible for a full refund, less shipping charges, and a 10% restocking fee (to compensate for unrecoverable credit card/PayPal fees and employee labor). After the initial (30) day period, returns may be considered on a case by case basis, but are subject to refusal for return. The foregoing statements concerning returns do not apply to Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable Products. (See NON-CANCELABLE/NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS section in our TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE)

Returned items must be in original, unharmed condition. Items damaged due to user error are not eligible for refunds in full. Percentages of the purchase value may be refunded at the discretion of SymTech Laboratories, LLC.

Please contact us directly before returning any merchandise. Returned items shipped without prior authorization will be refused.

 

EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY CLAIMS

Should an item be deemed defective by a SymTech Laboratories, LLC customer support representative, a return authorization and shipping information will be provided. Upon determining the defect is due to manufacturer error, SymTech Laboratories, LLC will issue a replacement via USPS Priority Mail, stock permitting. Expedited shipping and processing is available at the expense of Customer. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges in the event the defect is not due to manufacturer error, or the product's warranty coverage has expired.

Exchanges for other items of equal value, or a combination of items of equal value, must be pre-approved by a SymTech Laboratories, LLC customer support representative. Upon approval, an exchange authorization and shipping information will be provided. Once the original item is received, the exchanged items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, stock permitting. Shipping costs to and from SymTech Laboratories, LLC's facilities are the sole responsibility of Customer.

Shipping to SymTech Laboratories, LLC's receiving centers will not be paid or reimbursed by SymTech Laboratories, LLC under any circumstances: including, but not limited to, refunds, warranty claims, and exchanges.
