SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are automatically provided and sent to each customer via e-mail. International customers are responsible for paying duties, tariffs, and other applicable taxes. International customers are also responsible for making sure purchased SymTech products do not violate any local or federal laws before purchase.

Insurance is available at an additional cost. We are not, in any way, responsible for lost packages. We can provide lost confirmation numbers, but for all other concerns regarding a delivery, please contact USPS directly.


RETURN POLICY

Customers must notify SymTech Labs within thirty (30) days from date of shipment of any received product with which they are unsatisfied. (See SymTech's Limited Warranty for further information.) Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days of the ship date. If SymTech agrees to accept a return, return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We will not accept COD shipments. Most returns made during this time period are eligible for a full refund, less shipping charges, and a 10% restocking fee. After the initial (30) day period, returns may be considered on a case by case basis, but are subject to refusal for return. The forgoing statements concerning Returns do not apply to Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable Products. (See the Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable Products section in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.)

Returned items must be in original, unharmed condition. Items damaged due to user error are not eligible for refunds in full. Percentages of the purchase value may be refunded at the discretion of SymTech Labs.

Please contact us directly before returning any merchandise. Returned items shipped without prior authorization are subject to refusal.


EXCHANGES & WARRANTY CLAIMS

Please contact us with any questions, concerns, or problems before attempting to return defective merchandise. We always recommend troubleshooting with our customer support department to accurately determine the cause of any problems.

Should an item be deemed defective by a SymTech customer support representative, a return authorization and shipping information will be generated. Upon determining the defective item is due to manufacturer error, SymTech Labs will immediately (1-2 days processing) issue a replacement via USPS Priority Mail, stock permitting. Expedited shipping and processing is available at the expense of the customer. Customers are responsible for return shipping should SymTech Labs find a product submitted for a warranty claim to be functional or not eligible to be repaired under warranty.

Exchanges for other items of equal value, or a combination of items of equal value must be pre-approved by a SymTech Labs customer support representative. Upon approval, an exchange authorization and shipping information will be generated. Once the original item is received, the exchanged items will be shipped immediately (1-2 days processing) via USPS Priority Mail, stock permitting. Shipping costs to and from SymTech Labs' facilities are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to SymTech Labs' receiving centers will not be paid for or reimbursed by SymTech Labs under any circumstances: this includes, but is not limited to, refunds, warranty claims, and exchanges.
